Partnership Lead

Our client is a dynamic educational organization committed to fostering growth in the Southeast Asia region, with a focus on delivering high-impact executive immersion projects in China. The company values innovative collaboration, seamless operational execution, and strengthening the local ecosystem influence. This role involves supporting the design, planning, and execution of executive immersion programs across China’s mainland and the Greater Bay Area, working closely with international educators, corporate partners, and internal teams to deliver engaging, impactful learning experiences.

Role Overview:
The Partnership Lead plays a key role in managing and developing strategic relationships within China's business ecosystem, ensuring successful execution of immersive educational projects. The position involves coordinating activities, stakeholder management, and logistical oversight to deliver seamless program delivery while supporting regional growth initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Investment, or related fields
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in executive education, corporate engagement, event management, or consulting
• Extensive network within the Shenzhen local business ecosystem
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in IT office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel within China and support on-site project activities, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and coordination of corporate visits, guest speaker engagements, and ecosystem activities aligned with project learning objectives
• Establish and manage relationships with Chinese corporate hosts, innovation parks, and industry partners
• Lead end-to-end logistical planning for immersive experiences, including vendor coordination, contract support, budgeting, and on-site delivery
• Ensure compliance with company procurement, finance, and tax procedures
• Collaborate across teams including educators, business development, and operations
• Identify new corporate partners and emerging industry opportunities to support regional business growth
