We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to fill the role of Product Innovation Head within the industry sector, based in Beijing, NA, China. This exciting role commands a highly competitive salary of £800,000 per annum and offers a dynamic opportunity for someone with a minimum of five years’ experience in product innovation, development, or related leadership functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cutting-edge innovation strategy, developing next-generation products, and steering cross-functional teams to bring high-impact ideas to market. A deep understanding of global market trends, user-centric design, and agile methodologies is essential. You will lead initiatives that shape the future of the organisation’s product portfolio, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insight to guide decision-making and pricing strategy. Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping through to commercial launch and post-launch performance analysis, is required.
Strong communication and leadership skills are vital, as you will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders including R&D, marketing, finance, and operations. Proven success in navigating complex and fast-paced environments, with a track record of delivering scalable solutions, is expected. Demonstrable experience in pricing strategy and market positioning will be highly valued.
