Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed actuarial analysis and modeling for participating fund products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial performance of par funds and develop pricing strategies.
- Conduct experience studies to evaluate product performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing findings and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with actuarial standards and practices.
- Mentor junior analysts and support their professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 5 actuarial exams; FSA designation preferred.
- Strong experience in actuarial analysis, particularly in par fund management or related areas.
- Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
