Role Overview
We are hiring two Project Assistants to support project delivery for a Top Insurance client. These roles are suitable for candidates with 2–4 years of experience, who are organised, proactive, and interested in building a career in project coordination and PMO support. Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
Project Assistants will work closely with Project Managers, delivery leads, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support coordination, documentation, and day‑to‑day project operations.
Cantonese is a must, financial industry background is an advantage
Position 1: Project Assistant – Application Team
This role supports a newly established application function, with strong exposure to PMO operations, vendor coordination, and tendering activities.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or IT support
- Exposure to vendor management, procurement, or tendering is preferred
- Experience supporting application or system projects is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
