Account Manager / Senior Account Manager
Our client specializes in providing expert employee benefits services, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This role involves managing high-quality broking services for existing clients, driving business growth through portfolio penetration and prospecting, liaising with insurers and service providers, analyzing claims data for renewal preparation, and ensuring timely and clear delivery of client reports. The position is vital for maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the organization’s growth objectives.
Role Overview:
The Account Manager / Senior Account Manager will play a key role within the team, ensuring the delivery of excellent employee benefits services while contributing to business expansion and client retention.
Key Skills & Experience:
• University graduate with 5-7 years of experience in Employee Benefits preferred
• Holder of FLMI or passed IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV preferred
• Mature and self-motivated individual
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Account Manager position
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and deliver high-quality broking services to existing clients
• Achieve business growth via portfolio penetration and prospecting
• Coordinate with insurers and service providers for renewals and issue resolution
• Conduct claims data analytics and interpret results for renewal processes
• Maintain quality and timeliness of client deliverables and prepare reports
• Support various projects as assigned by supervisor
