This role is a highly specialized Regional Sales position focused on Trading Solutions (software and technology) for institutional brokerage clients across ASEAN.
About the role:
- This role is a highly specialized Regional Sales position focused on Trading Solutions (software and technology) for institutional brokerage clients across ASEAN.
- You will lead be responsible for sales and the growth of market share in the ASEAN region.
- This is a Technical Sales role, requiring you to be able to discuss market making solutions, FIX onboarding, Lowlatency execution, risk controls and multi-asset trading workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years selling trading software in ASEAN
- Proven track record hunting new clients (institutional brokers, hedge funds, asset managers)
- Experience growing market share in ASEAN
- Familiar with OMS, DMA, FIX Protocol and algorithmic execution (VWAP, TWAP, POV).
- Knowledge of pretrade risk controls, position management and trading connectivity (FIX & native APIs)
- Strong negotiation stills with examples of high value contract negotiation with c suite.
- English speaking (Mandarin preferred but not essential)
Logistics:
- This role will be based in Singapore, with travel expected across the ASEAN region
- This a hybrid set up with an office in SG, but flexibility around how you use it
- Competitive salary with very competitive commission.
