Retail Banking Relationship Manager

Role Overview:
The Retail Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for growing the retail customer base and managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role requires close collaboration with branch leaders to meet sales targets and deliver comprehensive financial solutions that meet clients’ needs.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Degree holder preferred
• 3-8 years of solid experience within the banking industry
• Currently holds IIQE and HKSI papers
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Customer-centric mindset combined with strong commercial awareness
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand the retail customer base within assigned portfolios
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage clients’ wealth by providing market updates and portfolio reviews
• Work with Branch Managers and Team Heads to develop monthly and quarterly plans
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through new business and customer acquisition activities
