Role Overview:
This role supports the organisation’s digital evolution by leading AI-driven initiatives related to risk management. It involves planning, architecture design, and the deployment of intelligent solutions that align with strategic business goals. The successful candidate will bridge technical and business teams, ensuring effective AI integration and governance to support operational excellence and innovation.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in computer science, mathematics, or related fields
• 7–10 years of technical leadership experience, with over 5 years in senior management roles within AI, data science, or digital transformation
• Solid expertise in data mining, algorithms, and IT system architecture
• Deep technical knowledge in machine learning (ML), large language models (LLM), Gen AI, and related data architectures
• Familiarity with banking operations, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks
• Proven ability in process reengineering, focusing on redesigning business processes through agents rather than automating isolated steps
• Strong systematical thinking in building integrated AI systems
• Outstanding coordination and stakeholder management skills, capable of building effective cross-departmental collaborations
• Innovative mindset with commercial awareness and strong influence capabilities
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the digital and intelligent transformation strategy for risk management, including roadmap planning and architecture design
• Ensure close alignment with business objectives such as risk mitigation and operational efficiency
• Drive AI initiatives, oversee rapid prototyping, and deploy AI infrastructure aligned with ROI targets
• Deploy advanced intelligent agents and AI-powered risk control solutions
• Govern agent architectures, develop AI platforms, and implement AI security and ethical standards
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to facilitate AI adoption and governance
Requirements:
• Right to work in the location
• Proven experience in AI, data science, or digital transformation leadership roles
• Strong technical background in ML, LLM, Gen AI, and data architectures
• Experience in banking industry preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in Chinese and English
