Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager plays a vital role in maintaining and developing relationships with clients, ensuring their banking needs are met effectively. Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in relationship management within a banking or financial environment
• Knowledge of foreign banking services and products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop client relationships, providing tailored banking solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Promote and explain banking products and services relevant to client needs
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
• Support the onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients in an on-site setting
Requirements:
• Right to work in the region
• Experience or knowledge relevant to HKG RM I&I role or related banking functions
• Ability to work on-site and commit to the initial two-week duration
