Role Overview
The role involves supporting regulatory change projects and ongoing adherence by conducting impact analyses on new regulations from global and local regulators. The manager will design procedures and internal control workflows to meet group and regulatory requirements, implement new processes, and provide training on regulatory changes. Key responsibilities also include risk and control assessments, governance forums, and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Excellent judgment, governance capability, and experience in regulatory reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills under pressure.
  • Resilient and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Good sense of ownership and proactive service mindset.
  • Excellent team player with an independent working style.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Employment is on a Asia Contract basis, with on-site requirements, for a duration of two weeks starting from 17/07/2026 and adopting a hybrid working environment.
