We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a dynamic sales team, and driving revenue growth across multiple channels.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, client relationship management, and market development. The Sales Director will play a vital role in shaping our growth strategy and ensuring operational excellence within the sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligning with company objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities within the Hong Kong market.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align initiatives and support business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large or regional sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse sales data, forecast sales performance, and deliver reports at an executive level.
- Deep understanding of the Hong Kong market, with a strong network of relevant contacts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
