We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead and drive commercial success across our client's operations in Hong Kong. This pivotal role requires a highly motivated and strategically minded professional to develop and execute effective sales strategies, strengthen client relationships, and achieve revenue targets in a competitive market environment.

The Sales Director will be expected to identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and expand market presence while overseeing and mentoring a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading B2B sales teams, particularly within fast-paced and target-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and operational teams to optimise processes and deliver exceptional client value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
