Senior Manager, HNW Case Management

Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, HNW Case Management, plays a key role in overseeing the evaluation and processing of life insurance applications for high-net-worth clients. The role ensures accurate review, compliance, and timely approval of applications, supporting the organisation’s commitment to service excellence and regulatory standards.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in life insurance underwriting, case management, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of medical underwriting procedures and insurance regulations in Hong Kong
• Experience in the HNW field is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in Cantonese and English
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and preview incoming life insurance applications for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with Underwriting and Distribution teams to obtain medical reports and underwriting decisions
• Liaise with Distribution teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies and regulations
• Track and monitor application progress to ensure timely processing and approval
• Communicate effectively with insurance intermediaries and internal departments regarding application status and requirements
• Maintain accurate records of application reviews and correspondence
• Stay updated on industry regulations, product features, and company policies related to underwriting and sales
Requirements:
• Right to work in Hong Kong and ability to work on-site
• Prior experience in life insurance underwriting or case management, especially in the HNW sector
• Strong understanding of medical underwriting procedures and regulatory environment
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
