We are looking for a driven and energetic SME Loan Hunter to join our client's frontline acquisition team. Location: Hong Kong Island
Salary: HKD 42,000 – 55,000 per month + attractive quarterly incentive

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new SME customers to grow the lending portfolio
- Drive loan origination through both digital platforms and direct outreach
- Manage the entire customer engagement journey—from initial prospecting to onboarding, documentation, and activation
- Analyze client needs to recommend appropriate lending and insurance solutions
- Maintain a healthy pipeline by developing new business leads and nurturing existing opportunities
- Provide market insights and product information to clients using approved communication guidelines
- Monitor risk factors within the assigned portfolio and take timely action to ensure portfolio quality
- Collaborate with operations, credit, digital teams, and other business units to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Deliver on revenue goals, productivity KPIs, and portfolio growth targets
- Uphold compliance standards and regulatory requirements in all client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
- Valid IA license or passes in relevant insurance licensing examinations
- 3–4 years of frontline experience in SME banking, B2B acquisition, or sales‑driven roles
- Strong understanding of SME lending products, insurance offerings, and general banking processes
- Experience in preparing credit cases or conducting client meetings is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to perform under pressure
- Comfortable working in a digital, agile, and fast‑changing environment
- Demonstrated sales achievements and a strong passion for business development
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Manager position
