Role Overview:
The Senior Java Engineer will support the development and maintenance of a cutting-edge inventory management platform that automates and optimizes trading operations globally. The role is critical in enabling efficient inventory decisions across markets by delivering reliable, scalable solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Extensive experience in complex Java software development
• Advanced knowledge of Java 17, 21 or higher
• Proven experience with real-time architectures and messaging middleware such as Kafka
• Strong expertise in server-side Java and highly concurrent programming
• Familiarity with SDLC automation tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Artifactory
• Experience working on large-scale projects and influencing design decisions
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Apache Flink, Apache Ignite, and Angular
• Background in real-time trading systems, especially equities trading
• Experience in building large greenfield projects
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
