We are looking for a UAT Test Lead to drive testing for our client’s Relationship Manager (RM) sales platform. You will focus on validating front-office sales workflows and ensuring platform Risk & Compliance (R&C) controls operate seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End UAT: Drive overall UAT planning, test case preparation, defect triage, and sign-off for RM sales platforms.

RM Sales Journeys: Test front-line RM workflows, including customer onboarding, investment ordering, and sales disclosures.

Platform R&C: Validate sales process controls, suitability checks, and regulatory compliance embedded in the platform.

Collaboration: Work closely with RMs, Compliance, Product teams, and IT to align business needs with test scenarios.
Requirements

5+ years of UAT Lead / QA experience within Retail or Private Banking.

Strong knowledge of RM workflows, bank selling processes, and sales suitability compliance.

Baseline understanding of wealth management and investment products.

Proven track record managing test execution, defects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
