Role Overview
We are seeking a UXUI Designer to join the Customer Experience team, driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer journeys, engagement, and satisfaction. This role combines design thinking, customer‑centric problem solving, and execution excellence to deliver measurable improvements in digital experience and NPS outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Customer journey design – Translate complex business problems into intuitive digital experiences, designing end‑to‑end customer journeys across web and mobile platforms.

Experience transformation – Lead the design and delivery of servicing communication, digital interfaces, and engagement touchpoints from concept through launch.

Data‑driven design – Leverage customer insights, NPS drivers, and feedback data to inform design decisions and prioritize impactful improvements.

Design governance – Standardize UXUI processes, templates, and design systems to uplift CX maturity and ensure consistency across platforms.

Stakeholder collaboration – Partner with business, IT, and CX teams to align on requirements, influence decisions, and accelerate delivery.

Innovation and best practices – Introduce fresh design thinking, industry trends, and external best practices to elevate customer experience.
Qualifications

5+ years of UXUI design experience, ideally within insurance, financial services, or customer‑centric industries.

Strong portfolio demonstrating customer journey mapping, interface design, and digital transformation projects.

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and collaboration platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Experience working with cross‑functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.
