A leading global financial institution is seeking a Client Service Manager to join its Securities Services team in Hong Kong, with a dedicated focus on servicing Asset Owners across the Greater China region. This role plays a key part in supporting both inbound and outbound business flows, ensuring exceptional service delivery to institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Asset Owner clients, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and insurance firms.
- Oversee service delivery across custody, fund administration, and reporting, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Manage client queries, escalations, and strategic initiatives with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and regional offices to support cross-border business flows.
- Drive client engagement, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with global service standards.
- Monitor KPIs and client feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Securities Services, Custody, or Institutional Client Servicing.
- Proven track record in managing Asset Owner relationships, ideally within Greater China.
- Strong understanding of cross-border investment operations and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
- Client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Experience in a global bank is preferred.
