Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Global China Corporate clients, including SOEs, POEs and China‑related international enterprises
- Identify new structured finance, cross-border finance, syndicated/bilateral loans opportunities
- Partner closely with China onshore teams and overseas branches across APAC to structure and execute complex transactions
- Cross sell in various aspects including Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Sustainable Finance, Capital Markets, Treasury / Financial Market products, etc.
- Provide professional advisory to clients and conduct financial modelling and cashflow analysis
- Prepare and negotiate credit rating on the transaction
- Liaise with internal and external global stakeholders to solicit deals and credit monitoring
- Conduct market research and economic updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5-10 years of Corporate Banking experience, with proven coverage of China corporates / Global China accounts
- Strong capabilities in credit analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessment, with solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Track record in origination, execution, and relationship management within a front office environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
