We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team within the fast-paced e-commerce industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through strategic planning and execution.

You must be highly organised, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment. A good understanding of digital marketing, online consumer behaviour, and e-commerce platforms is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign and project execution
- Analysing data to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports, conduct business reviews, and contribute to the development of account strategies that align with both client goals and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2–6 years of account management or client-facing experience, preferably within e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail sectors.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results against KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms is advantageous.
