The Agency Compliance Assistant Manager / Manager will play a pivotal role in the oversight and enhancement of risk management practices across the agency division. This position involves close coordination with compliance, operational teams, and business units to establish a strong risk culture and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Risk Assessment & Management
- Maintain an overview of the agency's risk universe.
- Identify, assess, and prioritise operational, regulatory, and strategic risks.
- Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Information Security Office (BISO) by evaluating business proposals, projects, and strategies for potential risk exposure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Solid prior experience in risk management, compliance, or closely related functions within a regulated industry.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across departments.
- Efficient at managing multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
