Role Overview

We are seeking an Sales Manager, focusing on Tier 1 financial institutions. This position is pivotal for driving commercial growth and supporting cross-functional business initiatives. You will work with Global Account Managers, Product, Technology, Distribution, Marketing, Finance, and Post-Trade Solutions will be essential for planning and accelerating growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a ‘Trusted Advisor,’ establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with strategic accounts in the APAC region.
  • Act as the ‘voice of the client,’ creating a robust internal network across various functions.
  • Generate and lead new revenue opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process including pipeline development, solution formulation, executive engagement, negotiations, contracting, and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Align strategies with the objectives of the Data & Analytics division, including benchmarks, indices, and knowledge solutions.
  • Collaborate with Global Account Managers to develop and implement strategic key account plans.
  • Represent the division both within the organization and to external stakeholders.
  • Handle additional duties as required to support the business.

 

Essential:

  • In-depth knowledge of financial market ecosystems, including OTC, Rates, Fixed Income, and FX.
  • Proven success in selling enterprise solutions to global financial institutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond to challenges with innovation and creativity.
  • Exceptional capabilities in business development and client relationship management.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies.
