Assistant Relationship Manager, Foreign Private Bank

Role Overview:
This position supports the client relationship team by assisting with operational activities, client interactions, and transaction management, contributing to the overall client experience and portfolio growth within a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience within private banking or wealth management
• Proven client relationship management skills
• Relevant regulatory qualifications to conduct Type 1 and Type 4 regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken), with fluency in Mandarin
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Relationship Managers in servicing high-net-worth clients
• Facilitate transaction processing and operational activities, including fund transfers and loan drawdowns
• Build and sustain client relationships through understanding client needs and providing tailored financial solutions
• Handle day-to-day client interactions and serve as the primary contact for operational inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in private banking or wealth management
• Relevant regulatory qualifications for SFO Type 1 and Type 4 activities
• Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken), with Mandarin proficiency
