Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations and drive sales performance across banking products, focusing on Insurance and Investment solutions.
- Develop and execute branch sales and marketing strategies for sustainable business growth.
- Enhance branch service standards and foster brand reputation.
- Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to create a customer-focused sales force.
- Build a results-oriented culture to meet and exceed team targets.
- Coordinate cross-branch initiatives and drive collaborative performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in retail banking, including at least 1 year as supervisory role.
- Licences: Valid insurance and securities licences required; preference for candidates with Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF-RWM) qualifications.
