Responsibilities:

• Manage and support daily counter operations to ensure efficient service delivery and a smooth customer experience.
• Uphold operational standards and ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Assist in supervising frontline staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high service quality and operational accuracy

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or branch operations
• Strong sense of responsibility, risk awareness, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player
• Must have passed HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
