We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Business Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Singapore. The role focuses on developing and securing new revenue opportunities within the financial data intelligence sector. You will play a key role in building relationships with decision-makers across high-profile organisations, helping them understand the value of our data and analytics solutions to meet their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and qualifying leads where no previous relationships exist.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client challenges and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives for seamless lead handoffs and strategic follow-up throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver client-focused presentations, demonstrating deep understanding of industry challenges and how our solutions add value.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system, ensuring transparency, data quality, and pipeline visibility.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, contributing to the division’s growth trajectory.

Essential Experience and Competencies

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the data, analytics, or financial technology sectors.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage sales activity and customer data.
