We are currently seeking a talented and driven professional to join our team in the field of Business and Data Analytics, based in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar function is required. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is essential, along with hands-on experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Familiarity with database systems and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly desired. Candidates must possess strong analytical thinking skills, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication abilities in both spoken and written English.
Responsibilities include interpreting data and analysing trends to support actionable recommendations; creating, automating and managing reports and dashboards to monitor business performance; supporting cross-functional teams by providing pertinent analytical inputs; and ensuring data quality, consistency and integrity across systems. Experience with machine learning techniques, statistical modelling, and data mining would be advantageous but not mandatory.
