We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join claims team. Based in Hong Kong, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of warranty claims, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our customers while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to assess claims fairly and efficiently. You will be expected to liaise with customers, repair centres, and internal stakeholders to investigate and validate claims. The ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions is crucial.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and processing warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring all claims meet the company's policy and product terms and conditions
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers, and service centres as required
  • Maintaining accurate records of claims and correspondence
  • Escalating complex cases and reporting potential fraud
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the claims process
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of claims processing efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in insurance claims handling, preferably within extended warranties
  • Strong knowledge of warranty products and claims procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management systems
  • Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Fluency in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous
