Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-performance real-time trading systems, ensuring stability and high availability in ultra-low latency and high-concurrency scenarios.
- Optimize the microsecond-level high-frequency, low-latency performance of the trading platform across multi-layer architectures—including network, hardware, and software—and drive continuous improvement in platform architecture and performance.
- Lead the development of foundational services for quantitative research, collaborate closely with strategy teams, and help address their core needs in strategy development, backtesting, and data processing.
- Participate in and lead technical research and development for key projects, undertake project management responsibilities, and ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. (Project management experience is preferred.)
- Stay updated on cutting-edge technologies and tools in the industry, and promote technological iteration and innovation in quantitative trading systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time 211 university or equivalent, with solid fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, operating systems, and computer networks.
- At least 5 years of technical development experience in quantitative finance, with deep expertise in high-frequency trading systems, trading platform optimization, or other high-performance computing fields.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python, with strong programming skills and system-level programming experience. Familiarity with parallel computing, memory management, and network programming is required.
- Extensive experience in quantitative strategy development and real-time trading system implementation. Deep understanding of financial product trading logic and market structure, with the ability to quickly resolve complex issues in trading systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems, proficiency in Docker containerized deployment, and hands-on experience with AWS distributed computing and storage services. Capable of building and optimizing cloud-based architectures.
- Proficient in using Git and other version control tools, with the ability to independently manage multi-project source code and branching strategies.
- Familiarity with digital currency market trading mechanisms and the ability to respond swiftly to market changes.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading teams to efficiently execute complex projects. Experience in agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with research, operations, and other teams to achieve business objectives.
