The Digital Business Analyst – Securities Services role is integral to supporting the growth of the company's digital custody product offerings. The role involves engaging with clients, contributing to product development, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to facilitate product rollout and operational design.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in product development, or business analysis within financial services, ideally with exposure to digital assets or custody
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, supporting client discussions and relationship building
- Understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance considerations in digital asset custody
- Analytical skills for market research and pricing analysis
- Experience supporting project delivery and working cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
Nice to Have
- Exposure to blockchain, digital assets, or fintech products
- Experience of custody regulations and market practices, as well as wider securities services products such as Transfer Agency and Fund Administration
- Experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst – Digital Custody will work closely with product management and cross-functional teams to support product growth and client engagement. The role includes contributing to the operational model, assisting with legal and compliance navigation, and collaborating on product implementation. Success will be measured by effective stakeholder communication, adherence to regulatory standards, and smooth product rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client meetings to gather requirements, present product capabilities, and collect feedback
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to understand regulatory impacts and ensure product adherence
- Contribute to the design and documentation of the operating model, including processes and controls
- Work with Product Delivery and Technology teams to facilitate solution rollout and implementation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate updates, gather input, and ensure team alignment
- Support training efforts to upskill the product management team on industry changes
- Prepare reports and analysis on product performance, client feedback, and market developments
