A leading regional bank is seeking an Executive Director to lead and scale its Macro Sales franchise across FX, interest rate derivatives, cross-currency solutions, and macro-thematic products. Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, coverage strategy, and cross-asset collaboration for primary Financial Institutional (FI) clients, including asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, insurers, hedge funds, and banks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Business Leadership: Define and execute the growth strategy for FX/Rates Macro Sales; drive e-Trading enhancements, pricing automation, and cross-asset initiatives.

  • Client Franchise Development: Deepen C-suite and senior-level relationships across key institutional accounts, delivering consultative, tailored yield-curve and risk-mitigation solutions.

  • Execution & Revenue Management: Oversee flow and structured product execution across FX spot/forwards, NDFs, IRS, options, and cross-currency swaps while optimizing risk transfer alongside trading desks.

  • Team Governance & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing front-office sales team, upholding robust risk management (PV01, VaR, vega metrics) and strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of institutional sales, trading, or structuring experience in FX & Rates markets.

  • Proven leadership track record within a tier-one Global Markets division.

  • Deep macroeconomic fluency, central bank policy insight, and technical derivative expertise.

  • Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.
