Finance Manager

Role Overview
The Finance Manager is responsible for month-end closing, daily financial accounting, and bookkeeping for related legal entities. The role involves reviewing daily and monthly FRR reporting of SFC-licensed corporations, preparing reconciliation reports and financial statements, and assisting with year-end tax filings and audits. The position includes coaching junior team members and engaging in ad-hoc projects to support ongoing compliance and reporting requirements.
Key Skills & Experience
- Lead month-end closing, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
- Review daily and monthly FRR reporting of SFC licensed corporations
- Prepare financial statements and assist with year-end tax filing
- Oversee client money segregation and desegregation procedures
- Conduct reviews of work performed by junior team members
- Manage audit and regulatory assignments
Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting
- Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership, good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
