About the Role:
Join a top-tier Chinese bank and play a key role in supporting Mid-cap clients within the Commercial Banking segment. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a designated portfolio, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Mid-cap and listed companies clients within Commercial Banking, especially for cross-border business
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
- Strengthen existing relationships via cross-selling and promoting corporate banking services
- Prepare well-structured credit proposals in line with delegated authority
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and maintain proactive credit quality management
- Achieve individual and team business targets
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 year of experience in banking as RM or ARM
- Strong understanding of commercial banking and client relationship management
- Experience in cross-border finance is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
