Key Responsibilities:
1. Investor Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify and target new institutional investors (pensions, endowments, FoFs, SWFs) through research, networking, and outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective LPs, ensuring high-touch engagement.

Coordinate due diligence processes, including RFPs, DDQs, and meetings with investment teams.
2. Fundraising Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a data-driven fundraising plan aligned with the fund’s growth objectives.

Collaborate with the investment team to craft compelling pitch materials (teasers, pitchbooks, track records).

Represent the fund at industry conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
3. Market Intelligence & Positioning

Monitor competitor fundraising trends and LP allocation shifts.

Provide feedback to senior management on investor sentiment, fee structures, and product demand.

Position the fund’s strategy effectively against peers (e.g., performance, risk metrics, ESG alignment).
