Role Overview:
The Head of Product Development is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of product design, development, and delivery. Reporting to senior management, this role plays a key part in shaping the company's product portfolio and delivering impactful solutions.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the product development team in creating innovative products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps
• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones within the hybrid working environment
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and user satisfaction
• Manage on-site activities and coordinate with teams working remotely as needed
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK or relevant location
• Experience in a similar senior product development role
• Ability to work on-site as required
• Availability to start on 20/04/2026
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment for a duration of 2 weeks
