Role Overview:
The Marketing Director will oversee and direct marketing activities at both global and regional levels, shaping brand messaging, demand generation, and reputation strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic plans, and contribute to business growth through innovative marketing practices and external engagements.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Extensive experience in marketing leadership, particularly in consumer electronics or related fields
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies at global and regional levels
• Strong understanding of demand generation, brand awareness, and reputation management
• Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign metrics
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage global and regional marketing departments, including Brand Marketing, Paid Media, Corporate Web, Partner Marketing, and Marketing Operations
• Articulate and execute a comprehensive Awareness & Reputation Plan for the group, ensuring consistency across message and activities
• Define and implement impactful Demand Generation strategies in collaboration with marketing program leaders
• Develop local marketing strategies and plans, including Awareness & Demand Generation initiatives
• Ensure a consistent tone of voice throughout the company
• Oversee the operational marketing plan, ensuring timely and effective execution of tactics and programs
• Monitor metrics of marketing activities, adjusting strategies to optimize results
• Create and manage an annual marketing budget
• Contribute insights for the go-to-market strategy based on market and competitive trends
• Foster a strong marketing community within the group and geographic regions
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and regional management on business strategies and plans
• Represent the marketing function in external activities such as speaking engagements and public relations to generate interest and new contacts
