Java Software Developer - Prime EQD Inventory Management

Role Overview:
This contract role is vital within a global technology team supporting Prime EQD Inventory Management systems. The successful candidate will develop and enhance the platform, focusing on performance, capacity, and new capabilities, ensuring the system meets the business and client requirements.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience with Java 11 or higher
• Knowledge of real-time and 3-tier architecture
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field
• Proficiency with Java, Spring, Kafka, and Angular
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Sybase, or Oracle
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve the Prime EQD Inventory Management platform using Java, Spring, Kafka, and Angular
• Collaborate with global teams across various locations to implement system enhancements
• Focus on performance optimizations and functional upgrades of the trading platform
• Work with relational databases for data persistence and reporting needs
Requirements:
• Valid right to work and on-site availability in the designated location
• Proven experience in Java development and relevant technical skills
• Ability to start on or before 19/05/2026
• Relevant experience in financial or trading systems is preferred
Nice to Have:
• Experience in the financial trading or equities systems environment
