Role Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing business transformation projects, ensuring they meet strategic objectives. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in multiple regions to deliver seamless project outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong insurance background with solid exposure to business analysis
• Experience working on regional projects, with a consultancy background considered a plus
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and complex stakeholder environments
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business perspectives
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with client journey rather than client experience
• Fluency in English
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end delivery of business transformation projects for HNW and Life products
• Collaborate closely with senior sponsors to define business cases and support strategic planning
• Analyse processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across regions to ensure project success
• Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
• Support the organisation in strategic initiatives through effective project management
Requirements:
• Proven insurance industry experience with exposure to business analysis
• Experience managing regional projects and stakeholder engagement across different countries
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-site requirements
• Right to work in the specified location
• Relevant experience in project management within the insurance or financial services sector
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies
