We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an MCI Agency Channel Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager, based in Kowloon, Hong Kong. This role is ideal for a strategic marketing professional with a passion for driving growth through innovative channel marketing initiatives within the insurance or financial services industry.
In this position, you will be responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing agency channel performance. You will design and implement targeted campaigns that align with overall business objectives, ensuring effective communication and promotion across multiple platforms. Your role will also involve conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities and developing tools and materials to support the agency force in client engagement and sales conversion.
The successful candidate will possess a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in marketing or channel management, preferably within the insurance, banking or financial sectors. Proven experience in agency marketing, campaign development and execution, as well as collateral production and management, is essential. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and project management skills are required, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese are necessary, with fluency in Cantonese being a must.
