We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in General Insurance. This role is essential in overseeing the full operational lifecycle of insurance policies, particularly across all commercial lines products. You will lead a policy operations team, manage key stakeholders, and ensure seamless collaboration across various business units.
In this role, you will be responsible for people management, setting strategic targets, monitoring performance, and driving continuous development of team members. You will act as the bridge between departments to ensure operational efficiency and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the policy operations team for all commercial lines products.
