Key Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of project management experience within insurance, financial services, or digital transformation
- Experience delivering AI, analytics, data, or technology projects
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related discipline
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or related project management certification is an advantage
