The Senior Business Analyst, Insurance role supports large-scale system implementation and process improvement initiatives within the insurance sector. The position involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Working in a hybrid environment, the analyst will lead UAT activities, facilitate communication, and contribute to project success.

Key Skills & Experience

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and work closely with stakeholders to define, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Guide stakeholders in mapping end-to-end workflows, business rules, and process requirements.
• Analyze and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and automation.
• Partner with IT, vendors, and project teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Serve as the key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, business validation, and sign-off activities.
• Provide business analysis leadership for system implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
• Solid experience with Insurance Core Systems, particularly Underwriting, Policy Administration, and Claims Management processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments is preferred.
