We're hiring a Cross-Border Relationship Manager for our client! This role comes with an existing client base, giving you a strong foundation to build meaningful relationships and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding assigned performance goals
- Support the cross-border team in enhancing sales effectiveness and operational efficiency through targeted sales and service efforts
- Expand the customer base and improve profitability by acquiring new clients and promoting relevant financial solutions to both new and existing customers
- Participate proactively in company-wide promotional campaigns and cross-border team projects
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in personal banking or a related financial sector
- Holder of HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent qualifications
- Holder of IIQE Papers 1, 2 & 3
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong sense of initiative
- Self-driven and committed to continuous learning and professional development
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua
