We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Asia-Pacific Business & Structured Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, structuring, and managing financing solutions for corporate clients across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond, with a focus on cross-border transactions and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across Asia-Pacific, with a strong emphasis on cross-border business development.
- Originate and execute structured finance transactions, including syndicated loans, project finance, trade finance, and cross-border lending.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Conduct credit analysis, prepare proposals, and present to internal committees.
- Monitor market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Global Business Focus:
- The role involves active engagement with foreign enterprises operating in Korea, Australia, Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the United States, and other key markets.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-border environment and have a strong understanding of international corporate banking needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in corporate banking, structured finance, or relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of Asia-Pacific markets and international business practices.
- Proven track record in deal origination and execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with multinational corporations or foreign-invested enterprises.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and mainland China.
- CFA or other relevant professional qualifications is a plus.
