Scrum Master / Digital Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive the initiation and execution of strategic initiatives identified in the planning cycle.
Provide end-to-end project management across assigned programmes with hands-on involvement.
Work closely with project sponsors and stakeholders to develop business cases, guide enablers, and secure approvals from executive committees.
Manage project reporting including progress updates, financial tracking, and risk management for senior leadership and committee reviews.
Coordinate vendor sourcing processes including RFPs, SoW documentation, and approvals.
Lead and engage with vendor project managers, tech leads, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks through effective issue resolution and holistic risk mapping.
Oversee change management processes ensuring transparency and adherence to approved procedures.
Secure technical clearances including presenting at Change Authority Boards before production deployment.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Digital Project Manager.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
Experience preparing business cases and reporting to senior executives.
Strong vendor management and technical understanding for deployment readiness.
Proficient in risk and issue identification and mitigation planning.
Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and external partners.
