Applicants should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience is required, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI is essential as is a solid understanding of cloud-based data environments. Experience working within large-scale enterprises or complex regulatory environments will be highly advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will be required to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate with senior leaders to drive evidence-based decisions.
The successful candidate must possess a strategic mindset, high attention to detail, and a strong business acumen. A proven track record in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and teams under tight deadlines is critical. An understanding of data governance, data privacy regulations, and frameworks such as GDPR and PDPO would be valuable. Familiarity with agile methodologies and business intelligence best practices is also preferred.
