This role requires exceptional analytical skills to define product metrics, evaluate user feedback, and generate actionable insights. You will also be expected to monitor competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and inform product strategy.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership position. A degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field is required; an MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of agile methodologies, product development frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
Key competencies include the ability to influence and inspire teams, a customer-centric mindset, critical thinking, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Experience operating in the technology or digital services sector is highly advantageous, along with familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
