We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Officer, Marketing and Promotion (HNW) to join our client's team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for High Net Worth (HNW) client engagement, luxury marketing, and high-end event management within the insurance industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies targeted at HNW individuals to enhance brand presence, promote premium insurance products, and cultivate long-term client relationships. You will plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile client events, both virtual and in-person, with the aim of strengthening client interaction and deepening market penetration. Working closely with internal departments and external vendors, you will manage campaign calendars across digital, print, and event-based channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement marketing campaigns tailored for the HNW segment, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives.
- Plan and manage exclusive client engagement events, such as seminars, gala dinners, and partnership promotions involving luxury brands.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance for continuous improvement and adaptation of strategy.
- Maintain and enhance brand voice and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
- Liaise with product, compliance, and distribution teams to ensure marketing materials meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop luxury partnerships and sponsorships to strengthen brand associations within the HNW market.
- Manage vendors and agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on High Net Worth clients, preferably within the insurance or financial services sectors.
- Proven experience in event management, including planning and executing luxury lifestyle or corporate marketing events.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour in the HNW segment and ability to tailor messaging and campaigns accordingly.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
