Senior HNW Distribution Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic marketing professional to join a leading Life Insurance company as a Senior HNW Distribution Marketing Manager. This role is based in Hong Kong and presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead marketing strategies specifically tailored for High Net Worth (HNW) distribution channels.

The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of HNW customer segmentation, distribution models, and life insurance products. You will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing plans to support business growth through HNW channels, enhancing client engagement and adviser enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that support the HNW distribution strategy.
• Collaborate closely with distribution teams, product teams, and senior management to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
• Manage end-to-end execution of HNW marketing campaigns, including promotional materials, thought leadership content, digital assets, and client communication.
• Leverage client insights and market research to craft targeted messaging and client engagement tools.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and corporate standards in all marketing outputs.
• Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance to optimise ROI and reporting outcomes.
• Build and strengthen relationships with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the life insurance industry with a strong focus on HNW distribution channels.
• Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies for HNW client segments.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance and financial services landscape in Hong Kong and Asia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Chinese language capability is an advantage.
• Creative mindset combined with strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
