We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to support our client. This role plays a key part in assisting the design, coordination, and delivery of training programmes aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and professional development of our distribution workforce.

The Assistant Distribution Training Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of training initiatives that align with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with training managers, sales teams, and product specialists to ensure high-quality training delivery across all distribution channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for learning and development within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of training strategies to support distribution effectiveness and sales growth.
  • Support development and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and instructor-led content.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate training workshops and seminars where required, ensuring active engagement and learning effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programmes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with business units to assess learning needs and provide tailor-made training solutions.
  • Maintain training records and assist in regulatory reporting related to learning and development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in training or sales development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industries.
  • Understanding of the life insurance business and regulatory landscape in Hong Kong.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with e-learning platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
